1. How do I sign up for the Just Lyne Affiliate Program?

To join the Just Lyne Affiliate Program, follow these steps:

  1. Click the sign-up link provided in your invitation or click here to access the registration form.
  2. Fill in the necessary information, and submit the form.

Note: Signing up for the affiliate program is just the first step.


2. What do I do after signing up?

Once you've signed up for the affiliate program, the next important step is to create your Social Snowball account. This is where you will manage all of your affiliate activities, track sales, and monitor your earnings.

To create your Social Snowball account:

  1. After completing the sign-up form for the affiliate program, you'll receive an email with a link to create your Social Snowball account.
  2. Follow the link to set up your Social Snowball account.
  3. Once your account is created, you'll be able to access the Social Snowball dashboard, where you can:
    • Track your sales and commissions.
    • See your performance metrics.
    • Manage your affiliate activities.

4. How do I track my sales and earnings?

Once you've signed up for the affiliate program and created your Social Snowball account:

  1. Log in to your Social Snowball account.
  2. You’ll see a dashboard that displays your total sales, commissions earned, and other important metrics.
  3. If you're promoting products in multiple regions (US, EU, UK), you will need to switch between the different organizations in Social Snowball to track your earnings from each store.

5. Why do I need to switch between organizations on Social Snowball?

Just Lyne operates three distinct websites for different regions: the US, EU, and UK. When you join our affiliate program, you are automatically registered across all three websites. Since each region is treated as a separate organization on Social Snowball, you need to switch between organizations to:

  • See your sales and earnings for each specific store (US, EU, or UK).
  • Ensure you're keeping track of all your commissions across different regions.

To switch organizations in Social Snowball:

  1. Log in to your Social Snowball account.
  2. In the dashboard, click on your profile icon on the top right side and select the option Change Merchant.
  3. Select the organization for the region (US, EU, UK) whose earnings you want to view.

6. How do payments work?

Just Lyne uses Tremendous, integrated with Social Snowball, as our payout platform. Here's how payments work:

  • Monthly Payments: We process affiliate payouts on a monthly basis based on the commissions you’ve earned.
  • Payout Method: Payments are issued through Tremendous, which offers multiple payout options including gift cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and more.
  • Receiving Payments: You will receive an email from Tremendous with instructions on how to redeem your payout. You can choose the payout option that works best for you.
  • Social Snowball Tracking: You can track all of your earnings on the Social Snowball dashboard. When payouts are processed, you’ll see the updated status in your account.

7. What if I don’t know how to promote products or make sales?

Don’t worry! You don’t need to be an expert salesperson. We recommend:

  • Sharing what you love about Just Lyne with your friends, family, and followers. Authentic enthusiasm goes a long way!
  • Posting regularly on social media, including Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, using your affiliate link or code.
  • Creating content that showcases your Just Lyne art and explains why it's meaningful to you.

8. What happens after I sign up and create my Social Snowball account?

After signing up for the affiliate program and creating your Social Snowball account:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with further details.
  2. We will provide your unique affiliate link and discount code that you can start sharing immediately.
  3. Your Social Snowball account will allow you to track your progress, earnings, and sales.
  4. You will also receive helpful tips on how to maximize your success as an affiliate.
