Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the JustLyne.com website (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site and placing an order, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Customers must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
1.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Service is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.
2. Modifications to the Terms
2.1. We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site.
2.2. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
3. Account Restrictions
3.1. Violation of this Agreement may result in suspension or termination of access to the Site.
3.2. We may limit or refuse access to any User we believe poses legal or operational risk.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
4.2. Prices are displayed in the currency of the customer’s region, including but not limited to:

4.3. The final price displayed at checkout includes all applicable costs, including product price, taxes (where applicable), and delivery fees.
4.4. We do not apply hidden fees. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
4.5. Payment must be completed in full before Products are dispatched.
5. Shipping and Production
5.1. Products are produced locally in the United States, Canada, or Australia, depending on the customer’s delivery address.
5.2. Because production is local, no customs duties, import taxes, or international processing fees apply.
5.3. Delivery prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
5.4. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary.
5.5. Ownership of the Products passes to the Customer once full payment has been received.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
6.1. Due to the personalized nature of the Products, orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed.
6.2. If work on your design has begun but printing has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued, minus a fixed design fee of $35 per design.
6.3. Once a Product has been printed, no refund is possible.
6.4. Digital products delivered by email are non-refundable.
6.5. Requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of the order date. If a Product is defective due to our error, it will be replaced with the same design.
6.6. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
7. Product Information
7.1. Products are described on their respective pages on the Site.
7.2. We may update specifications, pricing, or packaging without prior notice.
7.3. Colors and details displayed on the Site may vary slightly from the final printed Product.
8. Orders
8.1. An order is accepted once an order confirmation email is sent.
8.2. Items not included in the confirmation email do not form part of the contract.
8.3. The Customer must ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate.
8.4. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
9. Customer Photos
9.1. We only use photos or images that customers voluntarily share with us after receiving their order, such as via email or social media.
9.2. No other personal data will be used in promotional materials.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
10.1. By using the Site, you agree to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.3. Additional messaging terms may apply if you opt into SMS or marketing communications.

12. Chargebacks
12.1. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first so we can resolve it.
12.2. Unfounded or unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
13. Liability
13.1. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
13.2. Except where prohibited by law, Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
14. Indemnity
14.1. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1. This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
15.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
15.3. Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication or voluntary alternative dispute resolution.
