Top-tier customer service! My dog had recently passed, and I had originally uploaded a photo that wasn't the best angle (after seeing the mockup). I contacted customer service, and they understood and allowed me to upload another photo. After two iterations (sending feedback on the mockup of the 2nd photo), I was extremely happy with the artwork. It was a perfect representation of my dog! Then, there was a delivery issue. It appeared that it was stuck with the delivery provider. After several weeks, I reached back out to customer service, and they reshipped the order. It came in no time! This is my first order for myself, but second overall (gift for my cousin). In both instances, the product quality and customer satisfaction were superior to none. Thank you for making a memorable product in honor of my beloved.
It is not the photo that I wanted of my beloved dog, but the photo did not have the best angle, so I sent this photo of her profile to make the design on the cap and I really liked it
