Very responsive to my email queries. Quick response. and good quality product. The only anxiety whilst ordering on line was that initially it was showing the requested design as a large print in the middle of the hoodie, when I was requesting a small print to the right. Although once ordered, I think I may have seen it as requested I was nervous about clicking the order because it looked like i was ordering a large print in the middle. I don't know if that is something the IT people can change easily or not.
My husband LOVES his custom hoodie. My only complaint is that both times I've ordered products I've either misread an e-mail or completely missed the fact that I need to approve the item to move to the next step of the ordering process. This has delayed my order in both cases. I wish there was a way you could be clearer in your communication that the buyer needs to take action to approve the order. Also, the sleeve customization is a little confusing as to when that is done. Otherwise, I'm VERY happy with the products and service! Thank you!
