The person who designed/drew both dogs did an incredible job. I asked them to make sure to incorporate both their eyebrows (special markings) and they did! 10/10 to the graphic designer on the team. The quality of the cup is great. My only critique is I wished they would let you select from different fonts (only had 1 option). My only negative comment is that the placement of the design on the cup did not match the display or design they proofed for me to approve to production. The design or the logo on the cup faces directly from the cup handle and not towards the side, like shown. So when you're drinking from the cup, no one can see the full design or when it on display, you have to completely turn the cup handle away to see the design. So overall, disappointed that the placement of design was incorrect and didn't match what was shown to me/what I approved before production.
The mug was for my daughter and she says she loves it! Thank you, we will be adding more to the Rudy collection in the future.❤️

This is my second time working with Just Lyne and it was just as smooth and rewarding as the first time. The staff is readily available to answer questions and the sketch…well, let’s just say that they captured the essence of my departed dog in a truly magnificent and accurate way. Great mug, recieved very well! Only issue was that the text I asked to have included, that was shown in the approved preview, was not on the cup.
