I was a little skeptical at first but also hopeful it would turn out the way they advertise. I found the best photo I could and sent it...they got it on the first try. But more importantly, when my husband opened the package he yelled "it's little man!" (One of our pups that passed away last year). He couldn't have loved it more. The thing that I thought was really great about this company is that you get to review the design before they make the product and you can ask for edits. I didn't need to but it's there if you want it. Also, I got the sweatshirt & it's quality, nice and warm. Now I want to do more for the rest of our pups, past & present.
